Returns & Refund

We accept returns and refunds within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
  * Item must be in original packaging
  * Proof of purchase or order number is required

• For hygiene and safety reasons, shapewear and intimate wear items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.

How To Request A Return

To request a return, please contact us with:

• Your order number
  * Reason for return
  * Clear photos if the item is damaged or defective.
• You will receive an instruction on the Address to send to.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

* Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
* Refunds usually take 5–10 business days , could be longer depending on your bank or payment provider. If it’s more than 15 business days, contact info.lenorago@gmail.com

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some intimate wear or personal-use products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 10 hours of purchase before processing begins.
